We are working in many directions. There is no other option to move towards our destination. To keep this whole process together, it is very important that we keep working on our methodology and systems.
Our aim is to have a unit that works on enhancing the efficiency of each team member and provides complete freedom in thinking and processing. Our team is engaged in giving shape to this structure. Susan Basterfield and other overseas partners are guiding the process. Many companions from their different units are applying their energy, and ‘Pakka Way’ is getting ready. The salient aspects of this work are as follows:
- Creation of ‘Pakka Way’ policy and constitution: In the last 4 decades, we have collected a lot of material, and it is necessary to give combined thinking to these processes so that we can install it uniquely in our industry, other units, and new places. The first look of this structure is ready, and you will soon get a glimpse of it. Your cooperation, thinking, and contribution will be appreciated.
- Enhanced Leadership Capability: The scope of success of any entity depends on its leadership skills and abilities. We have to increase our thinking and ability to move forward, and progress in this direction can happen only when we understand what is expected of us and what needs to be done in our current situation. We have been working in this direction for a long time but have not been able to reach the real destination. I hope that soon we will increase the speed by including experienced people in our team for this very important task.
- Implementation of Pakka Samridhi Path in the true sense and enhancing the efficiency of the team: Samridhi Path is the essential process to bring true change in your organization. We have worked in this direction for many years but still, the foundation is weak, and this program does not become a necessary part of the activity. After a lot of searching, we found Amresh Ji. Amresh has many years of experience in this activity in various institutions. His thinking is also progressive and positive. My hopes are high once again that by this work, we will be able to lead every person determined on the work in the organization as a whole on the path of progress and progress will be made from everyone’s perspective. To become world-class, we have to be excellent, and Pakka Skills will have a special contribution to this work on which Kotiji and Saritaji are striving. Pakka Skills will emerge as its training centre.
Till now, different people sitting at different places were giving form to this work through the Internet. This month the team will come in front and will give the ground situation details. This is an opportunity to strengthen the figure further, and I hope that in the real sense, by next month, the work pattern for the coming time will be ready. I wish this team all the best to get success in this mission.
Progress continues in all areas.
Yash Pakka successfully completed the captive work, and there is an increase in the production and quality of PM3. Speed is essential in the work of the Jagriti project, and I hope it will be visible in the coming time.
Compostables has started the production of delivery containers through the alliance after several failures, and I hope this is the first step for the times to come, and we will be able to move forward through alliances to make progress.
Several projects have been selected in Impact, and teams and equipment are being formed. This part will remain a special part of us and the world’s progress. For the time to come, we have to continuously invent and produce the best products. For this task, we have to invest in making this team very knowledgeable and powerful.
The team is redesigning GCAhub according to the customer’s vision. The team has tried to make this platform simpler, and the customer faces the least problem in getting the required information.
Efforts are on to set up the next plant at Pakka Inc. The decision of the location is almost on the verge of completion and talks are on with all the stakeholders for investment. Team search for this work is also in progress.
Its foundation is also taking shape under the leadership of Sarita Ji. It is very important that wherever we are at present, we continue to contribute to the service of society and do not leave any stone unturned in spreading happiness around us. I hope that all of you will join and contribute to this work.
