Emily Fisher participated in The Economist’s Sustainability Week: Countdown to COP27.
This month was one of travel and networking!
Our Communications Head and Podcast Producer, Emily Fischer, attended two events to expand her sustainability knowledge and connect with leaders in the regenerative packaging industry. First, she remotely attended the Economist’s Sustainability Week: Countdown to COP27, based in Washington, D.C. Then, Emily travelled to San Diego, CA to attend Sustainable Brands ’22. From these two events, Emily grew her network in the regenerative packaging community and made valuable connections that will propel Pakka Inc forward!
We also interviewed several new guests for the Good Garbage Podcast: Paul Krochak of RISE Research Institute of Sweden, Jessica Bowman of Plant Based Products Council, Dillon Baxter of PlantSwitch, and Kevin Kumala of Avani.
Overall, it’s been a fantastic month to be a part of the Pakka Inc team. We’ve learned so much from events and interviews with guests, and we’re excited to see what opportunities next month will bring.
