‘Team Excellence Retreat’ was organised in Varanasi.
Yash Pakka team had a great time in Varanasi as the ‘Team Excellence Retreat’ was organized for two days. The event was organized from 1st October to 2nd October in which YPL’s Manav Vikas Sangh along with the GreaterThan Team was present. Susan and Lucia from GreaterThan Team led the team excellence retreat, and the main agenda of this retreat was:

2) Team member Lifecycle
3) Culture & well-being
4) Self-managing team
5) Yash Samridhi Path
The event organized on leadership and team building training was very interesting as the team learned how to work together in a better way with the team as well as independently.
