I am a dynamic professional who completed my studies in hotel management and catering. I am enriched with 19 years of successful experience in generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, and coaching individuals to success. Skilled in building cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenges. An adaptable and transformational leader with the ability to work independently.
I joined Yash Pakka Limited in January 2023 as Key Accounts Head in CHUK. I want to make a positive impact by scaling up the compostable business to newer heights thus making sustainable partnerships with Key Accounts in Food Service.
Though I am one month old in the system, the energy, warmth, and positive vibe of the team made me feel at home. The daily morning assembly at Ayodhya Factory was something very unique and left a motivating and meaningful impact on me.
I want to reduce garbage, replace single-use plastics with non-toxic alternatives, make Mother Earth smile as she gets cleaned up, and leave the earth better for our kids. I am very excited to be part of the Vision of Yash Pakka and put my best foot forward towards making a greener planet.
