I joined Pakka in January of 2023 as the communications head. I am also the producer of the podcast, Good Garbage with Ved Krishna. I bring over ten years of experience in podcasting, marketing and radio to Pakka. In the couple of months that I have been here, I have learned so much about the impact we can have leaving this planet cleaner. I am so excited about this opportunity, as I truly feel like we can make a difference, and that I have found my calling.
I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I love Portland, and have had so many great memories there. I graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Literature. I used my skills in writing to earn an internship from a popular reporter in Oregon, and eventually helped produce his radio show. From there – I became a full time producer. I found my favorite job, and knew this was something I wanted to do for a long time.
Working now for Pakka is different from anything I’ve ever done. But I am ready to take on the challenge! I have learned so much in these last two months, and I can’t wait to learn more and more. This is the most important work I have ever done, and knowing that as the producer of Good Garbage my goal is to spread information and knowledge through our show makes me more excited than I have ever been!
