Leadership training workshop was held for all leaders from 16 August to 19 August. Our 3 Gurus were present at the training workshop, who explained different aspects about Pakka and leadership. Workshop broadly focused on the following objectives:
- Enhancing Self Efficacy by awakening Inner Presence
- Energizing one’s Role
- Enhancing Personal Efficacy
- Thematic collaborations/ explorations in teams
- Synthesis, integration and application
All leaders were present at the workshop and had great time learning from our Gurus.
