The Pakka team from Ayodhya and Bangalore had a really exciting month of August since we had the opportunity to spend time together twice in a month for learning, networking, and relationship-building. The first event we went to in August was on the 3rd and 4th, and it was hosted jointly by IPPTA and CSIR-CFTRI Mysuru. The theme of the conference was “Replacing single-use plastic by paper with emphasis on food packaging”. We all had a good experience because we got the chance to talk to others in the industry who shared our interests. As a panellist, Mr. Jagdeep Hira participated in the session “Replacement of plastic by paper – journey travelled so far and headwinds,” which was fantastic and interactive overall.
We are grateful to our three gurus, Prasad Kaipa, Sai Sambat, and Raghu Ananthanarayanan, for sharing their time and expertise with us as we had the chance to learn about leadership from them in the middle of the month. The leadership development course provided profound learning for both the professional and personal spheres.
