Golden rules of DMT meeting
What is Kaizen?
Kaizen is an approach to driving continuous improvement based on the idea that small, ongoing positive changes can lead to significant improvements. Typically, it is based on collaboration and commitment and contrasts with approaches that use radical or top-down changes to achieve change. Kaizen is a strategy where employees at all levels of a company actively work together to achieve regular, incremental improvements in the manufacturing process. In a way, it connects the collective talents within the company to create a powerful engine for improvement. Kaizen is also known as continuous improvement.
