This year, we targeted to complete the cycle of Leadership development and so started working on creating and reviewing technical role profiles of Sevak, Sanghrakshak, and aspiring leaders followed by container building for core. The exercise involved one-to-one discussions with the leaders and individuals to identify the gaps and make tailor-made individual plans. We are halfway away from creating a yearly calendar for technical role profiles and have targeted to open the sessions from July onward to bring excellence. On the other hand with the launch of the container building session by Dr. Kaipa and the team in August, so far we have completed an External visit to Aravind Eye Care and one session on Operation Excellence by Mr. Shankarshan Shukla. The other session is planned for February and will be taken by Mr. Ved on Performance excellence.
