The leadership team got the opportunity early March to come together and define the goals for FY 2024-25. The setting was perfect in the beautiful coastal city of Puri, Odisha. After much discussion and deliberation under the guidance of Dr. Prasad Kaipa, Ved Krishna & Jagdeep Hira, the goals for the company were finalised – which will be shared with all in the coming days. There were also some insightful learnings from various members, including presentations from Kan (Kanishka) and Steve, whom most of our leadership team met for the first time.
The team members also got the opportunity to visit the grand Jagannath Temple as well as the beautiful Konark Temple. In addition, the team also had the flavour of local Odiya dishes. The team members got an opportunity to witness talented young girls perform the Gotipua dance – a traditional dance form and took home some Pattachitra paintings – which is a traditional art form of Odisha.
