CHUK leads sustainability dialogue at Tamil Nadu’s Eco-Alternatives Conclave
CHUK, the flagship brand of Pakka, participated in the Eco-Alternatives Conclave in Chennai, organized by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board.
Anubhav Sharma, CHUK Sales Head, joined industry leaders to discuss challenges in scaling eco-friendly alternatives to single-use plastics (SUPs). He called for removing the 12% GST on sustainable products, promoting eco-tableware in public institutions, and launching awareness campaigns in tier-2 cities.
The conclave, attended by Tamil Nadu’s Finance Minister Thiru. Thangam Thennarasu, focused on collaboration to drive innovation in the eco-alternatives sector. CHUK remains committed to a greener, plastic-free future.
