As we step into 2025, the Pakka Leaders were presented with eight hours of immersive sessions dedicated to exploring Pakka’s core values from the LDP Team. These values serve as the bedrock of everything we do, guiding our decisions and shaping the essence of our organizational culture.
The workshop provided invaluable insights and practical guidance, enabling our leaders to:
- Simplifying the definitions for cascading in the Sanghs.
- Embrace and embody these values in their daily actions.
- Foster a stronger sense of alignment and collaboration as a cohesive team.
- Integrate each value into workplace behaviours.
- Identify the dos and don’ts essential for aligning workplace conduct with Pakka’s core values.
Through these sessions, our leaders were empowered to reflect, refine, and reconnect with the defined Pakka values. This initiative not only enhanced their understanding but also reinforced their commitment to creating a values-driven work environment.
We are confident that the workshop will help us to replicate the same energy and alignment with our core values.
