I started working at Yash Pakka in 1984, and this journey has been a rollercoaster ride for me.
I have seen every phase of this organization when we started with PM1 and till now, where we have come a long way. Talking about production, initially, we used to produce 3.5 – 4 tonnes which has now increased multiple times.
We have done immense growth in terms of production, values, culture, workforce, and many more things. I feel very proud to be a part of this incredible journey.
I found a unique culture here where everyone respects and values each other without any discrimination. I have been working here when we used to have only 35-50 team members. I see a great scope for our organization in the coming years.
I have worked here for almost 37 years now, and it gives me immense pleasure as we are making ourselves better with each passing day.
I have worked with some amazing team members here who have supported us to grow and excel in our fields together as a team.
With all efforts and hard work of the team together, I’m sure that Pakka will achieve great heights in the future.
