Another month full of activities and achievements passed.
A proud moment for the entire team as our company’s shares have been listed at NSE. We all are the owners of our company, and by listing in the share market, the movement in the market should also increase through which we all will get profit. Further, it will also help in the further growth of the industry. The team also invited me to India to mark the event, and the trip was exciting as my flight got canceled at the last moment, and somehow I managed to reach it before the analyst meeting.
Thanks to the hard work and thought put in by our branding team, the entire event was highly impressive and their work was appreciated by all. The next day we went to NSE and announced our listing at the exchange by bell ringing ceremony. Our Chairman Shri Dhobale led forward in the event. Eduardo, the CEO of America, was also present at the event and was introduced to everyone there.
After returning from Mumbai, ASR, the world’s largest sugar-producing company visited the plant in Ayodhya and spent time with us. There we discussed various alliance issues were discussed. They visited many big companies in India but they were impressed by our industry, work style, and team. They even invited Eduardo to his place for further discussion. The Delphos team involved in the investment in the Guatemala project also spent time with us and returned impressed.
While Eduardo was there, we planned and charted the course for the US trade. Eduardo also returned impressed with the entire team.
After this, the trip was postponed due to my visa, and I got a chance to have another discussion with you all.
I even got a chance to see the works being done by the foundation in the village along with Sarita Ji and got an idea of the impact of these works. As we increase the prosperity of the women of our homes, so will the development of society.
We were looking for the right HR head for many years. Many people came but no one could reconcile with us. Now our colleague Gautam Ghosh Ji has taken over the reins, and we hope that some stability will come.
