“All Pakka units are different aspects of the same purpose”

Dear friends,

In the last few months, I have realized that we are falling apart. Our goal is the same – to contribute towards a cleaner planet, and its medium is to strive towards a world-class packaging business. In the process, we formed separate organizations — Impact for Innovation, Compostables for Sale, GCA for Information and Support, Pakka Inc. for World Expansion, and the Foundation for Social Welfare. The purpose of setting up separate business units was that the possibility of increasing our capacity in every field would increase, but so far we have not been successful in this work. We have to make many improvements in our process; I am expressing my views in front of you and hope you will guide us through your approach.

All Pakka business units are different aspects of the same purpose. We could have kept them by internal associations also, but the reason for creating separate organizations was the increase in quality. If you want to stand on your feet, then we have to deliver something to the customers for which he wants to give you good value. If we give unusual products in the market, they will not work in the long-run. We strive to bring quality in every field so that we can be successful in moving towards our goal.

In the next two months, we will endeavor to bring every part of the group on track and stay focused on the goal together.

Apart from this, progress is being made in every field, and you deserve appreciation for your work.

Yash Pakka touched new heights as it reached a new stage of productivity and profit. The Jagriti Project is taking its structure after a lot of deliberation, and soon you will see progress.

The Guatemala plant is also on the path of progress, and we hope that the raw material support will be finalized in February so that we can get involved in project planning.

Outsourcing in compostable is taking shape, and I hope that in the next two months, we will be able to meet the customer’s needs.

Impact’s team is growing, and we will soon conclude how we will progress in the flexible packaging space.

Discussions on GCA’s business model are on-going, and we hope that the right structure will emerge in the next month.

Skills and foundations are making progress, and a new infrastructure framework should emerge this month.

The coming times will be exciting and challenging, and we have to continue on the path of progress through our work.

With good wishes,

Yours,

Ved
