The Annual Operating Plan Retreat 2023-24 was held in Goa from 11 March to 14 March. All leaders attended the retreat to discuss, plan, and set targets for the upcoming financial year. The leadership team even discussed the gaps and achievements of the recent year.

Guru Mr. Prasad Kaipa, Mr. Sai Sambat, and Mr. Mudar Pathreya were also present at the retreat and gave an amazing leadership session to our tea. Ms. Angela Goebel also gave us insight into climate change and the impact of packaging. Also, an announcement was made that Mr. Jagdeep Hira will be heading India’s Business and Ved will handle the Global business.
AOP Retreat was 3 days event with all leaders in Goa with amazing brainstorming sessions.
