This month the team’s focus was on reflection and growth.
The month started with 5 new members joining GCA across the Investment, Supply Chain and Technology team. The members brought with them fresh perspective, energy and motivation. We also borrowed inspiration from Chuk and piloted Group LP this month. The entire team sat together to discuss team as well as individual tasks. This not only allowed a clear view for the team into what the entire company is working towards in July but also enabled collaboration between teams and increased efficiency in designing tasks.
The team attended Pack Plus expo in New Delhi early in the month and were overwhelmed with the enthusiasm shown by packaging machinery manufacturers and providers of raw materials. We derived a lot of insights in terms of industry happenings and updates. We’re also excited to announce that we’re co-sponsoring the Plastic Waste Free World Conference & Expo with Pakka Impact. The event is to be held on November 9th-10th in Cologne, Germany and the agenda looks really interesting.
GCA is all set to action all the learning from the past month in August.
