GCA attended the PackPlus South on December 16.
GCA had a great end to the year 2022 as we got to interact with the potential clients/users in the month of December. Despite the fact that it is the holiday season, few of the compostable packaging providers (CPP) were kind enough to talk through their pain points.
Out of 13 potential categories identified by GCA, we could analyse that the majority of CPP’s were looking for assistance in Product Innovation, testing & certifications, grants applications, looking out for machinery and raw material suppliers and also consumer connect. The material innovators were eager to offer their materials as they are interested in Matterra.
We also had the opportunity to attend the PackPlus South event, which took place on December 16, 2022, at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Center. We observed that many packaging businesses are increasingly looking into environmentally friendly coating options. We could also speak with a few CPPs in–person to learn more about the challenges they face in their respective markets.
After an eventful 2022 at GCA, we are now looking forward to a rejuvenated 2023!
