I joined Yash Pakka in November 2022 as Operations Head. I have 17 years of experience with companies like MRF, Cummins, International Paper APPM Ltd, Lenovo, etc.
I did my MBA from Christ College Bangalore and my PGD in Supply Chain Management from Symbiosis. I did my BE (Mech) from Karunya Institute of Technology and Science, Coimbatore.
I firmly believe we should look keep looking for problems as it provides scope for improvement. For any organization or individual, continuous improvement is very essential to excel and achieve impossible goals.
As an individual, I always like to do something which seems impossible to others. I prefer to spend time with my kid and read books in my leisure time.
Perseverance is the key to success. Be proactive; assess every situation so that we have a ready solution for every possible problem that might pop. I live in the hope of facing new challenges and finding solutions to them.
The work atmosphere in Yash Pakka is very cordial, and the team members here believe in teamwork. I will have a good learning journey here where I can explore my skills and learn new things for the overall growth of the organization.
