Lead and delivered on specific projects covering new product creation, product quality enhancement, process improvement, yield improvement, & center of excellence in coating leading to the top and bottom line business growth.
Holding multiple know-how and patents on novel material formulations, scale-up technologies, and commercial productization of sustainable value-added packaging products in foods, personal care, and health care applications. Fast learner with an intrinsic talent for general management, analytics, problem-solving, and empowering globally diverse teams to achieve inspired and challenging objectives.
I have a proven track record in international collaboration, business, entrepreneurship, and working culture. During my career of 25 years, I had the opportunity to work with market leaders and have contributed to intellectual property across global businesses in agri, and wood value chains.
