This month has been full of activities.
At the beginning of the month, Dr. Sam Sohn joined us as Innovation Lead. Finding the right person for this role was very important, and after many interviews, we selected Sam. He is a material scientist with experience in different industries. We believe he will guide us well and help us create better products for our customers while keeping the planet clean. Sam spent the last few days of the month in India, discussing ideas with the team. Now, he has reached the U.S. and will start setting up the lab and team there. Having a lab in the U.S. will bring us closer to our customers and partners. It is important that we finalize the formula for flexible packaging soon so that we can provide the right product to our customers.
After this, I visited Colombia, where I worked with Jagdeep, Narendra, and Rolando on a possible partnership. If it works out, we will get a chance to make many products in that region. Meanwhile, the Guatemala team has found a new office space, which was also reviewed. It is important that the team stays organized and works together.
Then, we traveled to Europe and met with machine suppliers for Guatemala. These meetings helped us learn more about the machines we need.
After returning to India, we spent three days in Rishikesh planning for the next financial year. We had discussions on different topics and explored many opportunities ahead. Now, we must work as a team and improve in every way so that we can reach our common goals.
