Having recently joined Pakka Limited as the Head of Product and Process Engineering, and returning to India after 7 years in Europe, I am excited to contribute to our mission of creating innovative, compostable products that align with sustainability goals. With over a decade of experience in engineering, my background in project management, mechatronics engineering, and sustainable design equips me to effectively lead our product innovation and process optimization efforts.
My leadership in large-scale projects and commitment to safety and compliance have consistently resulted in products that meet global standards. Earlier in my career, I led the commissioning of major thermal power units, which strengthened my expertise in process engineering and team management. This experience is invaluable as I take on the challenge of leading cross-functional teams at Pakka, ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with our sustainability objectives.
My academic background, including a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Europe and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, underscores my technical expertise and commitment to operational excellence. I am passionate about sustainability and excited to apply my skills and experience to help Pakka Limited achieve its mission of creating innovative, compostable products.
