Dear Team,

The past month will always remain special in the history of Pakka. We all started hoisting the flag of Pakka at the international level in the true sense. After 8 months of hard work, 3 sugar mills in Guatemala signed MoUs for an alliance with them. Now further work will witness progress. The credit for this achievement goes to all of you, as inspiration and strength are acquired through your good works. When the work is going well in India, then we can think of moving forward, otherwise, all our energy gets diverted.

A further process for this has started. Now we will set up Pakka Guatemala. We’ll determine the location and land for the plant and will be engaged in juggling money for investment. We will establish affiliates with customers and will also work to find a team for there. Cooperation is very important because, for the establishment of a new country and culture, very thoughtful steps will have to be taken.

I welcome Margaret Lydecker to the team to enhance marketing, branding, and customer engagement. Margaret has many years of experience in this field, and we will all benefit from her guidance.

On the other hand, some places have been selected in Guatemala, and I will go this month to explain the details.

Some companies have also expressed interest to invest, and this month we will tie up with financial modeling and the right advisor.

Congratulations to all of you for a good performance in the past year. Inspiration to all of you to achieve the targets that have been set for this year. This year it will be extremely important that we take our molded fiber division to success and turn a profit. Second, we all have taken up the responsibility of the Jagriti Project and will have to put our whole body, mind, and wealth into it. This project is a huge responsibility for us, and upon completion of which we will be rightly called the producer of compostable packaging.

We all have a responsibility to make a difference in the flexible packaging field. We began with chocolate packaging, and we want to make sure that no chocolate in the world uses plastic packaging in a few years.

We are moving forward on making One Pakka, and soon this change will be in front of you. This name is associated with its founder KK Ji, and we are moving forward on the path shown to him.

The coming month will be full of exhibitions and conferences aimed at:

  • Advancement of flexible packaging
  • Alliance of Guatemalan Investments
  • Alliance with customers

May you all move ahead and make a lot of progress this year.

With best wishes,

Yours,

Ved
