Dear Team,
The vision of making ‘One Pakka’ is ongoing, and I have spent the last month thinking about this idea.
Work is gaining momentum, and the universe is showing the way.
Himanshu, Jagdeep, and I went to Guatemala and had further discussions with the sugar mills there. After much deliberation, it was felt that we were close to a conclusive deal, but the agreement could not be signed. The work continued, and now the owners of the three most important sugar mills are coming to Ayodhya to see our industry. This is a big achievement, and we have come closer to the alliance. After seeing our industry, I am sure that we will be able to boost their morale and take the work forward.
During this visit, we also started the process of finding land. Jagdeep and I scouted the entire situation by helicopter and selected several locations. We also met with different developers and got guidance from them.
In addition, we met with the largest banks, and they expressed their willingness to cooperate.
Himanshu and I have contacted several investors, and some have shown interest in being a part of the project. We hope that after the tie-up with the sugar mills, the land and capital work will pick up the pace.
Apart from this, we went to meet Vishwa Guru and our guide Mr. William McDonough, after taking the samples of flexible packaging made by us and he appreciated the work and assured us that he would promote this product to many companies.
I also got time with my daughter Sargam in New York as she is studying there now and realized how quickly children grow up.
The aim of Pakka has always been to establish such an institution that provides every stakeholder an opportunity to grow and encourages them to use their full potential. In this series, we have tried to establish a family atmosphere, but there have been many difficulties in setting up the whole structure properly, and proper guidance has not been received. Now Mrs. Harini Srinivasan is joining us, and I believe that under her guidance we will be able to reach closer to our goal. Along with this, my mentor Shri Prasad Kaipa is also involving himself with us, under whose guidance we will be able to establish a management policy based on our principles. All these teachers will be with you in March.
My objective this month will be to get our organization structure right so that we are aligned for the next phase and can contribute the most from our respective strengths. I aim to remove the obstacles in the way of every leader so that the whole organization can grow at a faster pace. In March, the entire leadership team will create basic goals for the next year to move towards the goal and establish an AOP so that we will be able to set our goals and automate through LP.
I look forward to spending time with all of you.
With best wishes,
Yours,
Ved
