Real Time Digital Dashboard Display
Digital display of data is a display of data by incorporating information about purchases, production, costs, sales, and expenses etc. relating to a company, institution or business communities, etc.
Data is required to make decisions in any business community and if the members performing the work can see the same data at the time of editing the work, then their decision-making capacity is greater and they can do that task very efficiently.
In the above order, we have also decided that this year we will put up a real-time digital dashboard at each production site in our company on which we will display the data related to that production site. We have made this effort a part of our company target for the financial year 2022-23 so that each team member can give their suggestions and contributions in executing this work.
The data related to the work site refers to the consumption of the process parameters, quality parameters, water, steam, electricity or other materials of the machine which can be used to demonstrate the quality of production, the expenses incurred at the time of production, the cost of the goods to be produced and the profit incurred thereon.
We have started this effort with ETP, Pulp Mill, Recovery, Power Plant, Paper Machine-1, Paper Machine-2, Paper Machine-3 and Tableware Plant. In the above mentioned places, this display has already been installed on pulp mill and paper machine 3 and in some other places the dashboard can be seen on the computer system, which we will also display on one of the big screens.
In this year’s effort, we are also trying to demonstrate the previous day’s work efficiency of all our plants by installing a large screen in or around our temple area, including machine wise contribution/Hr of all the products we sell such as pulp, paper, moulded products, egg tray and pellete etc. Contribution/Unit, Customer and Product Wise will try to demonstrate the contribution.
