Pakka Skills has initiated a ground-breaking effort to create a Center of Excellence dedicated to Green Technology and Sustainability. Our ambitious yet achievable objective is to provide training in green technical skills to 100,000 young individuals, empowering them to become future ambassadors for sustainability in their communities.
Global Learning: The Singapore Experience
This year, we turned our eyes to Singapore, a global beacon for ecological sensitivity. In partnership with Common Purpose, 15 of our brightest students and faculty members embarked on a learning journey to this island city-state, gaining invaluable insights into sustainable practices.
Academic Excellence: A Golden Triumph
In collaboration with CSIR_CSIO Chandigarh, we’ve enhanced our faculty development programs and provided our students with exceptional training opportunities. The Quality Circle Forum of India witnessed our students shine, bagging a Gold Award for their 5S and Kaizen project—a testament to their hard work and our collective vision.
Industry Interactions: A Step towards Career Readiness
We proudly announce that 100% of our students from the last academic year are now successfully placed. Our robust network of over 20 manufacturing partners has been instrumental in providing industry exposure, apprenticeships, and placements.
Sarathi: Weaving Threads of Empowerment
Sarathi, our flagship initiative for women’s empowerment, has made great strides. Through our partnership with Jute for Life, we have enabled 125 women to refine their craft in Jute product-making, producing over 3000 products to date. This skill enhancement has opened doors to new livelihoods, fostering independence and resilience.
Education: The Foundation of a Better Tomorrow
Our Krishna Niketan – Pre – Primary Schools have been a hub of activity, with 200 new enrolments and over 60 students making the significant leap to mainstream education. We continue to nurture young minds, laying the groundwork for a future filled with promise.
