I feel very proud to be part of Pakka’s vision, a global team that contributes to cleaning up the planet and a better planet for our sons.
I am Mexican and I have had the opportunity to work in BTB and BTC companies in the food, pharmaceutical, paper and packaging sectors in companies such as Unilever, Mead Johnson Nutrition, WestRock, Trupal, etc.
Throughout my experience I have been responsible for departments within the supply chain such as engineering and projects, maintenance, operations, continuous improvement and R&D. I have been part of global companies working in various countries such as Argentina, Singapore, Peru, USA and now with the joy of being part of a multicultural team in Guatemala. I am passionate about methodologies such as TPM (JIPM Instructor) and Lean Manufacturing; I like to introduce these types of concepts in project management, knowing that we will obtain improvements in budget, time and people development.
In addition to enjoy the professional challenges, I enjoy listening to various musical genres, recreational motorcycle rides, and visiting magical towns.
I am enthusiastic about learning from the Pakka team and also sharing knowledge to build the best 250 MTPD Integrated Specialty Paper Mill in LATAM, meeting the goals, core values, safety and environmental commitments.
