The year 2024 has been filled with activities for us, and I hope the upcoming year will also be exciting. For me, this time provides an opportunity for introspection, and I strive to reflect on various aspects of life and determine what activities will be undertaken in the coming year. I hope that you all will also think about your lives and work towards making every moment more meaningful and contributory. The essence of life depends on its stability, and the steps taken with patience are more impactful. My first objective is to work on my mind, which depends on meditation, yoga, exercise, and diet. Being aware in all these directions brings changes to the mental state.
Our families and other relationships have a significant impact on our lives, and through our contributions in this direction, we attain immense happiness. Therefore, it is essential to remain mindful and work in this area.
Our work and the purpose of our lives keep us energized and fill each day with vitality. Deciding the nature of our contribution is our biggest decision, and then detailing our goals and working towards them brings us satisfaction. Contributing to society and making the right use of our resources leads us to joy, and it is essential to work in this direction as well.
In the past month, we also worked towards several of our goals.
The most significant event was the foundation-laying of our new central office. This is not just a building but a vision. We have named this vision ‘Moti Prerna Kendra,’ inspired by our colleague Shri Motiram Yadav Ji. His personality and work will always inspire us. A great deal of thought has been put into the planning of this place. The primary idea is that our buildings should motivate us towards our work and aim to reduce discrimination and foster a sense of belonging. The design of the MPS has been done by Biome Architects and is inspired by the lotus flower.
We are observing that in the field of molded fiber, we are lagging behind in the competition. It is necessary to analyze this situation and re-establish our direction so that we can provide the best products and services to our customers. Work is ongoing in this direction, and this month we will have to make some critical decisions to re-establish ourselves.
Shaping R&D properly is like the root of our future. The search for the right leader continues so that we can receive the required leadership and bring significant impact to our business.
Like every year, we celebrated Smriti Diwas with great enthusiasm, and a troupe named ‘ta-dhom‘ from Mumbai provided entertainment.
I request you all to set a few goals for 2025 and make consistent efforts toward them so that you can fully savor the essence of living.
