Siliguri is known as the “Gateway of Northeast India” and is popular for three T’s – tea, timber, and tourism. It is located on the banks of the Mahananda River and the Teesta River at the Himalayas foothills.
The Board meeting was held in Siliguri on the beautiful property of Mayfair tea resort from 27 October to 29 October. We invited all the Board members for the Strategic, Audit, and Board meetings. We also did sightseeing, Mirik, and the Local market was the attraction.
A gala dinner was also organized for the members at local food. The board members had a great time in Siliguri and discussed the next phase of growth.
