The Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj is embracing sustainability with CHUK, a 100% compostable tableware brand, as its official tableware supplier. Selected through a government tender, CHUK will provide eco-friendly plates, bowls, and cutlery made from bagasse to serve millions of devotees.
This partnership aligns with the UP-government’s RACE initiative to reduce plastic waste. CHUK’s strategic production facility near Ayodhya ensures timely delivery, backed by its experience serving large religious events like Ram Mandir and Vaishno Devi.
