October has been a very exciting month for me. The whole month was spent in India, and I could meet a maximum number of friends.
The work on Team Excellence continues, and the same series started with the Program to Improve Team Coalition. Susan’s international team spent time with different parts and taught about good leadership. It is important for any organization that its structure should be such that it is convenient to work. We have to make our organization such that there is no obstacle in doing good work and all keep improving continuously. To do this work, we have to focus on solid work methods and continuous training. Susan has made progress in this area, and gradually we will continue to strengthen our team.
After many years, I got the opportunity to reach out to the customers of Paper and felt happy when the customers were satisfied with the quality and service. We also met customers for molded products and discussed expanding our product range.
Progress is being made in all its projects. The structure of expansion is ready in Ayodhya, and soon we will proceed with the collection of funds. Another site has been selected in India, and work will go ahead along with the US project.
There were many visits on the Diwali occasion, and the atmosphere felt right for the investment. We have to work at maximum speed to take advantage of this opportunity.
After many years there was an opportunity to hold board meetings together. On this occasion, the family invited all the leaders to a resort located in Siliguri. Everyone appreciated the arrangements made by the team and congratulated everyone for staying on the specified path.
The time ahead will be exciting for all of us. Three projects are ready for progress in the industrial sector by giving them the right form, we have to take our work forward. The Chuk has to be installed more vigorously and the customers need to be assembled and provided with the goods they need. A strong lab and team have to be established in the investment. GCA aims to bring about real change by helping other units.
To develop in our field by skilling and foundation and to provide excellent talent to make our industry world-class.
