Many congratulations to the Pakka team. The team participated in the Paperex held at Noida between May 10, 2022 and May 13, 2022 and was praised by customers for their service and the quality of paper. The sales team received special mention in this regard.In addition, the stall also received the award for “Special Commendation for Booth Design”. As of now, the team has received about 254 new leads, out of which 9 have been converted and the team is engaged in working with full efficiency and energy.
Yash Pakka’s team participated in the recently held Global Investors Summit 2022 in Lucknow. The event was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Products, including compostable carry bags and compostable tableware, were showcased at this summit.
It was our privilege to have had the opportunity to present our products to Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji and share our vision with him. We had the opportunity to showcase our contribution to the Swachh Bharat and Make in India campaigns, which have been spread across the country by Shri Modi ji. During the interaction, we also shared how the team is constantly trying to make the earth a cleaner planet to live in, taking advantage of the new discovery and is also actively supporting the ‘Make in India’ initiative by making products in Ayodhya and supplying them all over the world. Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi ji listened on with full intent and appreciated the work and also gave his blessings for the growth of the company.
Brief information about the project that runs under Jagriti
A. The plan to install Paper Machine 4 is in progress with a target to produce 100MT of grease proof paper. The range of which will be 30 to 60 GSM but there is a plan to take a lead of 100 tonnes at 40 GSM. In the future, we will also be installing a coating plant along with it. The plant will stand next to paper machine 3 and the process of selection of the team has started.
B. Pulp Mill Expansion 225 MT – In this project, the pulp mill will be expanded to 225 MT. As the capacity expansion of paper machine 3 (61 to 70 tonnes) is also planned along with paper machine 4 installation, the demand for pulp will increase, and so pulp mill is being expanded. At present, the production capacity of bleached pulp in pulp mill is 70TPD, which is to be expanded to 100TPD and the production capacity of unbleached pulp which is now 130-140TPD will be expanded to 225 TPD. In this project, recognizing our responsibility towards the environment, ODL plant will be installed at Unbleached and TCF plant will be installled at Bleached.
C. New Recovery Boiler 300 MT Solid Firing – The production capacity of Recovery is also set to bee increased in order to increase the production capacity of pulp mill. At present, the solid firing capacity of the plant is 160 to 180 tonnes.
D. 10 MW Power Plant – Power will be required for smooth running of all projects. With this vision, a new power plant will also be installed, which will be next to Power Plant 2.
E. Increase the dry capacity of the mold pulp sheet under value added product – Under this project, the dryness of the pulp sheet product has to be increased to above 90%. At present, it is now around 34%. By doing this, we can store the pulp sheet for a long period of time and the costing will be reduced.
F. New egg tray plant- In view of the demand in the market, it has been decided to set up another egg tray plant with similar capacity (35,000 trays per day). It is expected that the project will be completed by August 2022.
G. Expansion of ETP- In view of our responsibility towards Mother Earth and with the aim of increasing the business, the expansion of the ETP is also going on. When the work on the entire project starts, the drainage of water will increase. With the expansion of the ETP, the team will be able to start and use the water in large quantities. In this regard, the work of biomethanation is going on which is likely to be completed by August 22. The waste that will come out of the pulpmill will be converted into biogas and used in our own plant.
In this way, the team is working together with full energy with the aim of taking forward the business keeping in mind our responsibilities towards Mother Earth and towards the environment. Together, we will soon meet our goals together.
