The past month has been very exciting and important!
At the beginning of the month, representatives of Guatemala’s 3 largest sugar-producing industries visited the plant. The most important tasks of my last year seemed to be on the way to success. The maintenance of the factory and your energy particularly impressed them, and their interest in an alliance with us got increased. Even on the occasion of Holi, all the guests stayed together and enjoyed the culture. After this tour, I am sure that soon we will make our company’s name in the new country. This is a special achievement for us, and we all will get a chance to expand ourselves further.
I was considering the organization structure for many years and after deep thinking, a new structure was presented. The most important thought behind creating this structure was that we have to work as one and enhance the strengths of all the leaders.
Jagdeep will now look after the reins of the entire business of India. Jagdeep is an inspirational leader and under his leadership, our industry has made maximum progress. He has put his full energy into taking the company forward, and now I am sure that he will concentrate on each unit and will take the company to the next stage. Much of my time and attention will be devoted to the Guatemala Project. We will look at many parts of the company together. My biggest accomplishment over the past year has been that we have assembled a highly skilled leadership team and together we will grow further. Presenting to you the leadership structure of our company.
Harini and Deepali ji will shape the whole organization with this structure and will work to bring out the potential of every partner. Do keep your thoughts in front of them so that together we all can be able to give the right shape to the institute.
It was our good fortune that my guru and guide Shri Prasad Kaipa came to India from America to spend time with us, and he also introduced us to Shri Brahmachari Sai Sambat ji. Sambat ji along with Kaipa ji will help us in taking our organization forward and together with you will make the systems more progressive and based on our culture. The next few years will be exciting.
With the leadership team, we had the opportunity to discuss the coming financial year for three days in Goa. Zuby and Gautam did a lot of preparation there, and we discussed the change, the plans of the organization, and comments on the past year, and planning for the next year. The team presented inspiring targets every year and will now plan, and implement them in more detail together with you. I am placing the entire organization’s targets in front of you and on this basis, Deepali will establish your targets with you so that we can make progress through LP every month. The organization will progress as we all move ahead with concentration.
After Goa, I got an opportunity to go to Mumbai to finalize the investment of Project Jagriti, and considering this, we shaped the right way, and I hope that we will get capital in the next 2-3 months.
Our Chuk team put up a stall at Delhi’s Food Fair and had the pleasure of visiting there and seeing the interest of the customers in their products.
Back in the US, work on the Guatemala project has picked up the pace, and I’ll keep you posted on progress.
Together we have taken a vow that we will contribute towards a cleaner planet through our actions, and I am constantly seeing that the Lord is guiding us, and the universe is connecting us with right thinking, prosperity, and people. We have to move forward with courage on our path and dedicate our life completely to this work.
