Dear Team,
This month I got a chance to spend time with my family in a beautiful country called Croatia.
Croatia is a Slavic country located in Southern Europe and was formerly a part of Yugoslavia. India and Yugoslavia had close relations, and we were part of the Non-Aligned Movement. In the 90s, this state was divided into 6 parts, and one part came to be known as Croatia.
The natural beauty here is unmatched, and all the citizens are proud of their civilization. I visited many places in this country and enjoyed different scenes. Sharing some glimpse of the tour with you all.
Progress is being made in every work area.
India’s command has been taken over by Jagdeep Ji and slowly-slowly the molded fiber project is also starting to turn profitable. Himanshu Ji has made preparations for investment in Project Jagriti and hopes that all the necessary parts will be ordered in the next two months so that we will be able to implement the new plant in the next two years.
On the other hand, preparations have started to launch some of its products in North America, and some results should come out in the next six months.
Our lead team for the Guatemala project is preparing to be based there and move forward. With this, we have almost selected the leader to handle the command there and will soon take him on a tour of India.
A big group has shown interest in an alliance with them for the world-class establishment and their team of 5 leaders will come to their plant next month and discuss further.
This month we are taking a big step and it is very crucial to discuss it with you. Our name will now be simply ‘PAKKA LIMITED’. This is a big step, which has been taken after a lot of thought and consultations. I know that we are still known as Yash Papers in the market and in all the organizations and the fame of this name is spread everywhere. I also feel that all of you face difficulty due to such changes, everyone has to struggle to understand. Despite knowing all this, we are taking this step keeping in mind the future, and we all will have to proudly promote this new nomenclature together.
We are eager to bring a world-class change, and it is very important how people know us. Globally, the name ‘Yash’ has no meaning, and we have to keep our identity related to our work simple. The main reason for this thinking is one word is easy to recall instead of two words, and the name Pakka is associated with the intuitive packaging to which its name matches.
We have preserved our identity in North America and Guatemala and will do the same in all new places.
PA’KK’A includes the name of its founder KK Ji, and as the publicity and work increase, our pride will also become stronger.
The word Pakka is also called by the name Pakka which is a symbol of our resolutions.
Our branding team will work with all for the next six months to bring about this change and will answer all your questions and come up with solutions for whatever difficulties arise. Sanchi Ji is leading this project.
Another big task will happen this month. Our shares will now be listed on the country’s most developed exchange NSE (National Stock Exchange), and this move should benefit all of us as owners. Congratulations to all of you for this work.
With best wishes for your progress in all areas,
Yours,
Ved
