Last month was packed with numerous activities.
Earlier this month, I had the privilege of spending time with you in India and brainstorming with the innovation team in Bengaluru. New product development activity has been slow due to the non-availability of lab space but the team has finally confirmed space, and now it is anticipated that the work will start picking up momentum.
After India, Jagdeep Ji and I discussed PM4 and machines for the Guatemala plant with many machine vendors and got a chance to look into the details of these organizations. We have to accelerate our projects now. For this, we need the right partner. Glancing at technology vendors is inspiring, as we learned a lot from world-renowned machinery manufacturer Voith’s training system and framework. They have invested heavily in the next generation, and this act provides them an edge over the competition. They have built a luxurious training center for continuous training for the next generation. In conversation with him, it was evident that he understands and tries to understand customers’ problems more. We also have to keep investing in our ITI and promote YSP. Apart from this, we must understand the customer’s problems and focus on solving them.
Apart from the machine vendors, discussions were held with VTT in Finland on making the right products, and it is heartening to see Akansha progress there, who worked in our organization earlier.
I got a chance to be a part of the Hack Summit in Switzerland and present my thoughts. This summit attracts many new types of food entrepreneurs. The structure of this program was completely different from other conferences, and the energy here was also different. We got the opportunity to meet many companies with innovative ideas here, and discussions were held on working together further. Attending different types of programs opens up your thinking and generates new ideas.
I got a chance to spend a day with Ramjee at Interpack. The expo is one of the largest packaging events in the world and brings together a host of entrepreneurs to meet and enhance knowledge under one roof. This is where you find out what other organizations are doing, and get in touch with them. Here, we received Information about many new technologies and discussed various alliances.
After this, I got a chance to be a part of the Rethinking Materials Conference in London. It is an event attended by new material-related companies, vendors, researchers, investors, and customers to learn about the changes ahead. Our company is one of the exclusive sponsors of this conference, and because of this, Sam got to know about us. We also got a chance to express our views here, and we told many people about our upcoming products. Our team was present here and involved in different activities.
After this, I spent time in Guatemala. This tour was very exciting and we made progress in many directions together with Himanshu Ji.
- Got time with the President there Mr Giammattei, and he promised full support for his project.
- Our Ambassador Shri Manoj Mohapatra ji gave a feast on his occasion, in which ambassadors of all countries and many ministers of Guatemala met.
- We examined different lands and selected one land for the project.
- We met a very capable person for our Managing Director position in Guatemala, and we had a discussion with him.
- To manage the investment, we gave our work to a company named Delphos, and they assured us that they would do this work.
- The work of establishing the Pakka company was carried forward in Guatemala.
We are moving towards our goals, and the universe is supporting us. In the same way, we have to be engaged in work with dedication to make the best contribution to the earth in our life.
We have established the temple of Bhole Baba for the entire society, and we have to make this a place of social organization so that we can be more involved with the people around us.
