Yash Pakka organized a Leadership Retreat 2022 from 28th September to 1st October in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Varanasi is one of the holiest cities in India and is situated in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The city is situated on the west bank of the river Ganga and is one of the oldest, continually inhabited cities in the world.
All leaders from the different Pakka business units attended Leadership Retreat 2022, where they discussed the next phase of growth. Leadership training was also organized from 29th-30th September 2022. The leadership training was provided by the GreaterThan team led by Lucia and Susan. In the training full circle leadership was introduced, and everyone self-assessed themselves and reflected if their leadership style is more visionary or operational. Various exercises were performed for co-creating ideas under leadership training. The team had loads of fun.
The team visited Kashi Vishwanath temple, and the Alaknanda cruise over the Ganga River along the various ghats was serene. The team had a wonderful experience and enjoyed a luxurious. A gala dinner was organized on the cruise where the team had a fun time.
The team discussed the next phase of growth. The learning and team bonding were the highlights of the retreat, where the team committed to building a happier and cleaner planet.
